    Pursuant to a Financing Statement and Security Agreement by and between V.J.V., Inc., Gerard J. Hogan and Sherry D. Hogan, Debtors to Worthing Alternative Capital, LLC, Secured Party, recorded among the Chattel Records of the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation at Original File #0000000181494360, default having occurred thereunder, the undersigned Secured Party will sell at Public Auction, the following:

    7-Day, Beer, Wine & Liquor License, type LBD-7, issued to V.J.V., Inc., trading as Hogan's Alley, formerly located at 1501-1503 Covington Street, in the Riverside neighborhood of south Baltimore.  As issued, the license permitted use of the first floor as a tavern/restaurant - not including live entertainment.  The license will need to be relocated.  Typically, an LBD-7 license permits alcohol sales for on and off-premises consumption.  Further inquiry can be made to the Board of Liquor License Commissioners of Baltimore City (410) 396-4378.

    TERMS OF SALE: A $10,000 deposit, payable by cashier's check, will be required of the purchaser at time and place of sale.  The holder of the indebtedness, if a bidder at the sale, shall not be required to post a deposit.  Balance to be paid in cash at settlement, which shall take place within five (5) business days; time being of the essence.  If payment of the balance does not take place within the specified time, the deposit shall be forfeited and the property may be resold at the risk and expense of the purchaser.  The transfer of this liquor license is subject to the approval of the Board of Liquor License Commissioners of Baltimore City as in the case of an original application, and it shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to obtain said approval.  In addition, in line with Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland, any tangible personal property taxes, retail sales, amusement, admission and/or withholding taxes must be paid to the City of Baltimore and/or State of Maryland.
