3515 E. Lombard Street is located in the Patterson Park - Highlandtown National Historic District in southeast Baltimore City. The southeast Baltimore corridor, which includes Patterson Park, Highlandtown, Canton, Greektown and Fells Point, has been experiencing substantial development over the last several years. New shopping centers, apartment projects, new residential construction, countless renovation projects and street scape improvements are all examples of area activity. The property is situated about half-way between the Johns Hopkins East Baltimore and Bayview Campuses, both of which have also been engaging in major development projects.

The property is situated at the corner of Lombard and Conkling Streets, approximately 7 blocks east of Patterson Park. I-895 and I-95 are a short distance to the east. The well situated location and large footprint present an excellent opportunity to renovate the building in its current configuration for multiple units, or to redevelop the site into any number of alternative commercial or residential uses.
