Patapsco Avenue are located in southern Baltimore City, one block north of the Baltimore City-County Line.  The site is midway between the Harbor Tunnel Throughway (I-895) and Baltimore Washington Parkway (I-295), west of Ritchie Highway (MD-2) and east of Caton Avenue and I-95.  Patapsco Avenue is a heavily traveled traffic artery with median strip and  2014 traffic volume averaging 19,598 vehicles per day.  The site is east of Lansdowne, west of Brooklyn, south of Cherry Hill and north of Baltimore Highlands.  Public transportation is available on Patapsco Avenue.

900 W. Patapsco Avenue is a touchless and self-service car wash, known as "Patapsco Car Wash," and is in full operation.  It is the community car wash for the surrounding area.

The properties are located on either side of a use-in-common driveway leading to St. John Properties' Patapsco Center Industrial Park.  810 and 900 W. Patapsco Avenue are ideally situated near major residential and commercial development.  The site has excellent visibility from eastbound and westbound Patapsco Avenue.  

810 W. Patapsco Avenue - rectangular lot, fronting approximately 120' along the north side of Patapsco Avenue by 177', comprising 0.482 acre.  The property has curb cuts from Patapsco Avenue and the adjacent driveway.  According to a boundary survey, dated February 24, 2015, a concrete pad from an adjacent building extends approximately 0.7' over the northernmost (rear) boundary line.  The majority of the lot is asphalt.
