Easton is a scenic historic town situated on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and the county seat of Talbot County.  29394 Dover Road is located in community business district. The property is one block east of U.S. Route 50.

U.S. Route 50, also known as Ocean Gateway, is a four to six lane divided highway, leading from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge south to Ocean City, Maryland.  Easton is a convenient midpoint for travelers from Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis heading to Atlantic beach resorts or Chesapeake Bay towns and attractions.  2015 Traffic Count data published by the State of Maryland indicates approximately 11,640 vehicles per day pass the auction property and 36,911 travel on US-50 passing Dover Road.  During peak summer weekends, the traffic count is likely much higher.

Nearby properties include fast food restaurants, convenience stores, automotive related businesses, shopping centers, professional offices and other retail commercial land uses.  A curb cut in the rear of 29394 Dover Road provides access to the Shoppes at Easton shopping center and Walmart superstore.
