Continue 4.4 miles to the end and turn right on MD-261 - Bayside Road. Follow 0.8 mile to Old Bayside Road and turn right. Go 1.6 miles to Beaver Dam Road and turn right. Continue on Beaver Dam Road to 2830 Beaver Dam Road and continue approximately 1,000 feet and the property is on the right. There is a new home under contruction directly across from the site.

TERMS OF SALE

       Deposit payable by certified or cashier's check of $2,500 will be required of the purchaser at time and place of sale. The deposit is to be increased to 10% of the purchase price within 24 hours at the office of the Auctioneers. Balance to be paid in cash within 45 days.
