    Hillbottom Community Beach: Each subdivision property has the right to use the property identified on the Carrollton Manor Subdivision plats as “Community Beaches” which has access to the Severn River.  It shall be the purchaser’s obligation to pay any annual community share for the use of such “Community Beaches”.


    TERMS OF SALE: A deposit by certified check or cashier's check of $7,500 will be required of the purchaser at time and place of sale. The deposit is to be increased to 10% of the purchase price within 24 hours at the office of the Auctioneers.  Balance to be paid in cash within 45 days. If payment of the balance does not take place within the specified time, the deposit will be forfeited and the property may be resold at the risk and expense of the purchaser.  Interest to be charged on the unpaid purchase money, at the rate of 12% per annum, from date of sale to date of settlement.  All adjustments as of date of sale.
