Druid Heights adjoins other historic neighborhoods, including Upton and Madison Park. Over the last decade or more, Druid Heights and surrounding neighborhoods have experienced a resurgence, with many unused or underutilized properties being renovated and put to better use. Nearby properties are a mix of large, single family houses, homes converted to multiple units, garden apartment and commercial buildings. Downtown is a very short distance to the southeast, and I-83 (JFX) is about 1.5 miles to the northeast.
