LOCATION & DIRECTIONS:

The Frankford neighborhood is a large neighborhood encompassing much of the northeastern corner of Baltimore City, specifically north of Herring Run Park from Belair Road east to the City-County line. Frankford borders other northeastern neighborhoods such as Waltherson, Cedmont and Cedonia. Commuter options are good, with access to I-95 and I-695 (the Baltimore Beltway) just a couple miles to the east. The location is very proximate to shopping and entertainment along Belair Road. The property is located on a “U” shaped street adjoining Hamilton and Hazelwood Avenues on the south side. Nearby properties are generally well maintained, and believed to be mostly owner occupied. Additional neighborhood description is below.
