12600 Bonita Avenue is situated in northwestern Baltimore County between Reisterstown/Historic Glyndon and Owings Mills.  Located in the majestic "Pencil Forest," the property is convenient to I-795, I-83 and Hunt Valley.  The setting is less than one mile south of world famous Sagamore Farm, founded in 1925 by Isaac Emerson, inventor of Bromo Seltzer, and later owned by the Vanderbilt family.  The thoroughbred horse farm has been lovingly restored by Kevin Plank, Chairman and CEO of Under Armour.  Sagamore Farm is the centerpiece of Worthington Valley and home of recent Triple Crown and Breeder's Cup entries.

The auction property is located on a wooded hillside above the valley floor.  Near the former site of the locally famous "Mushroom Farm", the property features a tree-lined entrance along a private pond and stream.
