NOTE:  The information contained herein has been obtained from sources deemed reliable and is believed to be accurate.  However, no express or implied warranty is made or may be inferred from any such representation.  Dimensions, square footage and acreage contained herein are more or less.  Prospective purchasers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence, in advance of the auction, regarding the permitted uses of the property.

1367-1371 Andre Street is located in the Locust Point neighborhood, home to the famous Under Armour headquarters, Domino Sugar, Phillips Seafood and so much more.   Situated on the south side of the Baltimore Inner Harbor, and just east of Federal Hill and Riverside Park, this tight knit community has undergone a major transformation.  The newly constructed Silo Point mega-million dollar condominium building is located directly behind J Patrick's Pub.  As major investment in the community has poured in, the neighborhood has retained much of it's flavor and charm.  Locust Point is located just minutes from I-95 and the Downtown business district.  J Patrick's Pub has been family owned and operated since 1987 and has received national recognition as a true and authentic Irish Pub.

The auction presents an unique opportunity to purchase an existing tavern/restaurant, with redevelopment potential, in a developing location.
