GENERAL INFORMATION
LOCATION:
The property is situated in the heart of Historic Downtown Westminster. This circa 1854 building was originally constructed as an opera house, also known as "Odd Fellows Hall." It was reportedly converted to a factory in 1951, with a continued use until 1975. From 1978 until very recently, the building was used and occupied by the Opera House Printing Company. The property is listed on the Maryland Historic Trust - "CARR-382." There is great potential to redevelop the building as a restaurant, brew pub, apartments, condominiums, offices or any combined use.
