Sellers shall provide a current copy of any Restrictive Covenants to the purchaser.  Buyers agree to be bound by the restrictions and waive any rights of rescission.  Buyers understand that their property will be subject to assessments by the Property Owner’s Association which will be established pursuant to the restrictions and the Association will have the responsibility to maintain all common areas in the development.  Buyers understand that they will be required to be members of the Association.  Buyer and Seller agree and understand that the Restrictions and/or Covenants may not include all language and/or updates.
