Canton is perhaps the best known and demanded neighborhood along the Baltimore City waterfront. The neighborhood has undergone a substantial renaissance over the last decade, with many new commercial centers, new residential developments, extensive home renovations and general neighborhood improvements. Options for commuters are good, being located a very short distance from multiple exits of I-95, as well as routes to Downtown just about 10 minutes to the west. Restaurants, shops, businesses, athletic facilities and many other neighborhood features make Canton a vibrant, desirable community. Surrounding neighborhoods are Fells Point, Brewer's Hill and Highlandtown, each providing more options for dining, shopping and entertainment.

3208 O'Donnell Street is located about two blocks east of O'Donnell Square, also known as the Canton Square, which is the primary dining and entertainment district in the neighborhood. Many homes on the block have undergone substantial, luxury renovations, including third story additions, roof decks and garages. The waterfront is three blocks immediately south. Access to I-95 is along Boston Street, which is also about three blocks south of the property.
