Jay Fisher, Sheriff of Baltimore County, this 11th day of November 2007, by virtue of a Wit of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, and directed to the Sheriff thereof against the Lands and Tenements of Melissa Banister of address known as 8817 Wilson Avenue, Parkville, MD 21234, at the suit of Shub Condliffe & Condliffe PA and appraised by us, the subscribers, who were first duly sworn for the purpose to satisfy the money judgment in Case # C-07-6065.  Note:  Sale is of half interest and Judgment Creditor reserves the right to bid all or part of their judgment for the property.
