4205 Campfield Place is located in western Baltimore County, one block south of Sudbrook Magnet Middle School. As stated on the school's web site, "Sudbrook is a pure magnet school allowing students to take daily 90-minute classes in one of four magnet areas: Environmental and Earth/Space Science, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, or World Languages." In addition to Sudbrook, nearby public schools are Bedford Elementary, Pikesville Middle and Milford Mill Academy High School.
Area housing widely varies, from large Victorian homes in nearby Sudbrook Park, to smaller detached homes and newer townhomes in the surrounding blocks. Neighborhood houses appear to be well maintained and are in demand due to their close proximity to Sudbrook, the Milford Mill Metro subway station (a short three block walk from the auction property) and the Baltimore Beltway (I-695).
